yame index

Usage: yame index [options] <in.cx>
The index file name default to <in.cx>.idx

Options:
    -s [file path]   tab-delimited sample name list (use first column) 
    -1 [sample name] add one sample to the end of the index
    -c               output index to console
    -h               This help
